About me
After qualifying as a yoga teacher in 2021 I have been teaching a variety of groups and individuals from complete beginners to those with more experience. I teach on a one to one basis via zoom or in person, in addition to group sessions at the Studio SE6 in South East London. My teaching includes Hatha and Hatha flow, Restorative yoga, Chair yoga and more recently I have completed a course in Yoga for Cancer.

My classes provide an inclusive and open teaching environment where we practice together to connect the mind, body and breath. The planning and creating of teaching plans that aim to support and benefit each student is key to my teaching approach.

Classes

I offer both online and in person one to one sessions, in person classes at Studio SE6 in South London and I am available for group work. Please contact me for further information, details below.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga focuses on slower paced, controlled movements and stretches while maintaining proper breathing techniques. Aiming to balance both the body and the mind, improving mobility and flexibility.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga offers restful poses using props such as blankets and blocks. This aims to offer a relaxing experience that helps calm the mind, especially during times of stress.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga utilises a seated position or chair for balance. The aim is to offer a more accessible form of yoga, with the poses promoting strength and flexibility in the body and mind with simple moves that can be done anywhere daily.

Yoga for Cancer

This form of yoga is a practice that involves movement and breathing that can help manage the side effects of cancer and cancer treatments, such as fatigue, anxiety and joint stiffness amongst other symptoms. Classes will run every Monday 11.15am-12.15pm starting in June 2024. Pay what you can up to £10 each week. Contact me directly to book.
